Coyote Cable Holdings LLC, a San Antonio-based telecommunications company, has raised $2.85 million in a private offering, according to a Form D filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
Founded in 2013, the company states on its website that it uses hybrid fiber-coaxial technology to provide high-speed Internet, television and phone services to residential and business customers in rural South Texas communities.
The company is currently upgrading services in Comfort, located about 50 miles northwest of San Antonio, and La Vernia, located about 30 miles southeast of San Antonio. The company adds that it plans to expand to additional Texas markets in the coming year.
